~~~~~ Little Girl, So Far From Home.... ~~~~~


"Little girl, so far from home,
You looked so sad, and all alone,
You lost touch with the life you had,
....how could things have got so bad?
You came to Hamburg to start again,
to get away from all your pain,
But in your heart, you just found more,
with friends and drugs right at your door,

And soon, you came to know a hell,
If youd survive, no-one could tell,
And every day became a fight,
No-one to help you in your plight,
A little girl without a home,
So on the streets each night, youd roam,
A broken heart, with shoes in holes,
Through all the cold, and all the snows,
No-one to turn to, or to care,
No-one to love you, or to even be there....

Thats when you came into my life,
And I could FEEL your pain and strife,
Your little soul cried out to mine,
Your tears, they touched my heart,
I could see you were a Special Girl,
right from the very start,
I couldnt bear to leave you there,
or even be apart.....

I HAD TO help you out of there,
to try to save you from your hell,
And so each night, I came to you,
with bags so fully laden,
with food and gifts to cheer you up,
to help my Princess Maiden,

And so, in time, you found the strength,
to get yourself cleaned up,
You made it through the therapy,
though I know it was so tough,

And now, Princess, youre fit and well,
and all thats in the past,
You have a job, a life, a home,
and friends, I hope will last....

But should you ever need that friend,
of whom, you can be certain,
Then Knully dear, im here for you,
(...of that, you can be CERTAIN"..…)
